At FUMC you will find a church family who is passionate about creating an environment where all newcomers feel welcome, valued and supported. Opportunities abound for all ages to learn, develop and grow in their spiritual life. At FUMC everyone is encouraged to support and pray for each other in Christ’s name thus deepening our love for God and for others. Why? Because we believe that the deeper and stronger we are as a community of faith, the more we can participate in God’s transformation of the world!

Assumptions about Connection Groups:

1. Meet at least 2 x's a month

2. Have some element of Nurture/Community

3. Have at least a prayer and a devotion

4. Group Leaders are to be church members

5. All Group Leaders and Curriculum are to be approved by the Discipleship Committee
